Returns: Yaktrax accepts returns of all unused products purchased through our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. To ensure we can promptly process your refund, please include the following when sending your return:

A copy of your original order confirmation
A brief note with your contact information
Before shipping your return, please contact us at help@4implus.com with the tracking number for your return package. This helps us monitor your return and ensure accurate processing. All worn or damaged items may be discarded or donated.

Refunds and Discounts: Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively apply discounts or issue refunds for orders placed without a valid promo code entered during checkout.

Exchanges: Yaktrax offers a 90-day warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only.
